Surendra Nath Sen Balika Vidyalaya Post Graduate College has an illustrious history of over 60 years. In 1953, with the commencement of undergraduate classes, S. N. Sen B.V. Inter College grew into a Degree College. This degree college was granted affiliation by Agra University in 1957 and later by Kanpur University in 1963. In 1985, the college grew into a Post Graduate College with the commencement of classes of M. A. Sociology and M. A. Hindi.
Today, the 4 institutions of SEN GROUP mentioned above have turned into a massive temple of learning – granting education from Play Group to Post Graduation and vocational training to over 6,000 girls annually. It is fulfilling the dreams of thousands of women to attain higher education in the field of Arts, Science and Commerce.
